About
our company

Victory Cybersecurity Consulting (VCC) was inspired by Travis Whitesel, an Active-Duty U.S. Army Cyber Warrant Officer and Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst with 15+ years of intelligence and cyber operations experience, including counterterrorism operations and threat actor analysis at NATO's SHAPE headquarters in Belgium. Travis is a Ph.D. candidate in Cybersecurity at National University, where his dissertation research focuses specifically on cyber threats facing the sports industry. He is a published author in Cyber Threat Intelligence, SIEM design, and cyber risk frameworks, and a recipient of the CW5 Rex Williams Award.

VCC exists because student-athletes and the financial ecosystems built around them are increasingly targeted — and almost no collegiate athletics program has a framework designed to protect them. We built one.
